Refund policy

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 5 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Products

Customers must contact Daliette within 1-2 days of delivery.
Include order number and photographs/videos of the product/package.
After verification, Daliette may provide a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be initiated within 1-2 days after approval.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
The bank/payment provider may require additional time to credit the amount.
